Hi-Media Closes Fotolog Acquisition; Site Still Growing Rapidly

Hi-Media Group has officially completed its acquisition of Fotolog, the photo sharing site the company purchased in August for a reported $90 million. Apparently, Fotolog is still growing quite quickly, reporting 3 million new members since the deal was announced, bringing its total to over 13 million.
