Google Guns at Microsoft with Email Migration API

Google has released the Google Apps Email Migration API, which allows users to migrate email from their servers into Gmail. This follows the addition of IMAP support to Gmail last month. For corporate users, where Microsoft Outlook is still the norm, this makes Google Apps a far more viable option.
